Cancellation Policy

Out In Peace Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Out In Peace for your airport transportation needs. Please review our booking policy carefully before making a reservation. BOOKING MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION "Book Early Specials": Reservations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications: Scheduled pick-up times can be adjusted up to 12 hours before the original pick-up time. Cancellation: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up. MAXIMUM PASSENGERS Each reservation can accommodate up to 2 guests. ROUTES Direct Routes: All airport runs are direct routes from the pick-up location to the designated airport (SFO, OAK, or STS). Additional Stops: One additional stop can be scheduled during booking for an additional fee of $19.99. The stop must be within 20 miles of the pick-up location. PICK-UP LOCATIONS Pick-ups are available in the following counties: Contra Costa County Solano County Alameda County Sonoma County Marin County Napa County San Francisco County REFUND POLICY Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
